Brewery Run Rotterdam – July 6th

Run, drink, cheers and explore the city. Run at your own pace with a like minded group a 6 K course. Have a tasty beer before the start, run 2 k, taste a special beer at a brew pub, run 2 k, have another beer and run the last 2 k with a nice cold one waiting for you at the finish. Along the course, besides the pubs… you will see some of the Rotterdam City icons such as the  old swimming pool Tropicana, the Willemsbridge the  much more Off course there will be a party with all your fellow runners.

Program

19:30  Meet at Bokaal and pick up your wristband, Nieuwemarkt 11, 3011 HP Rotterdam
19:35  Cheers together with a beer
19:45  Start 6 K Walk
19:55  Start 6 Run Group 1 Medium fast ( tempo 5.30 – 7 minutes per km)
20:15  Start 6 Run Group 2 Easy tempo ( + 7 min per km)
21:50 Everyone back at Bokaal
Party until……..
